At least one person in each client organisation was sent a list of 10 videos that cover tutorials on various aspects of editing. They were asked to share the video’s with other people within their organisations. The 10 original videos are now available online. They cover the following:

- Form Manager, where is it, and how it works
- Backing up your WordPress site
- Preparing images for uploading to a WordPress site
- Using Google Analytics on your site to review performance and user behaviour
- Backlinks and why they are important
- Creating a Newsletter from your WordPress website
