The following is available to all of my clients. Each hosting account has a control panel where you can access various things in the hosting. For example set up forwarders, set up email accounts, change the password on email accounts, set up an out of office message. Backup the entire hosting including email. Block countries from accessing the hosting.

Some people will not be interested, in which case I look after it for you. If you want access to your control panel I need some information from you, even if you assume I know it already.

The old cPanel username and password will not work on the new system I will have to issue you with new credentials.
